2.Where is your company located?
Our factory is located in Longjiang Town, Shunde, Guangdong Province, the furniture manufacturing capital of China. It is about 50 minutes' drive from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport and about 1 and a half hours' drive from Hong Kong International Airport.
Our large exhibition hall is located on the 6th floor of BMW International, Jiujiang Avenue, Jiujiang Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City. The exhibition hall is about 1000M2.

4.What kind of services can we provide?
OEM/ODM is the main form. We have a variety of options, including TV cabinets, coffee tables, sideboards, dining tables and chairs, bedside tables, bookcases and other living room and dining room furniture. You can choose our regular designs, and we can also customize them according to the style and requirements you provide; if Is a regular design, the minimum order quantity is 25 pieces; if it is a customized product, the minimum order quantity is 40 pieces, it depends on your style and other requirements for the product.

5.How We Work For OEM
1. Acquaint with all requirements from clients (regular ready items or custom models).
2. Quote with details, specified demands.
3. Discuss further needs or concerns.
4. Double confirm models, continue on materials, colors and grains options.
5. Approve details and demands (materials, colors and sizes, etc) by both.
6. Start production after payment received and drawings confirmed.
7. Update production processes to clients now and then.
8. Take photos for inspection and confirmation before shipping (onsite checking is available for clients in China).
9. Prepare delivery and shipping with balance payment.
10. Send documents (CI, PL, BL & CO, etc) for collecting goods by email or express. To make all clients and customers satisfied with our qualified products and online services is our prior management tenet.

6.How does your factory do in terms of quality control?
Quality is core, every production process is inspected by our QC and finally inspected by our QC managers. Customers can inspect the products before shipment.

7.Can I change the size of the product?
We have standard sizes for all our products. But we can also make different sizes according to your specific requirements.

8.Payment and delivery terms
The delivery time is about 20-30 days after receiving the deposit.
TT 30% deposit in advance + 70% balance paid before loading, L/C at sight is also crucial.

9.Can I get a sample?
Way 1: If you can afford the shipping cost, we can provide free samples.
Way 2: Yes, we provide free samples, but you need to pay for the samples first, and we will refund the sample fee when we receive your bulk order.

10.What is your packaging method?
We use ordinary export packaging with clear labels on the outer layer, and we can also accept what customers specify.

11.Shipping Stages
1. Make sure all packages are will packed and no items left.
2. Do fumigation for woods if required by America or European Countries upon custom requirements.
3. Ship directly to clients by our logistics; Deliver to clients' shipping agent or warehouse.
4. Send documents (CI, PL, BL & CO, etc) for collecting goods by email or express.
5. Help with any custom clearance or other shipping issues.
