1. Acquaint with all requirements from clients (regular ready items or custom models). 2. Quote with details, specified demands. 3. Discuss further needs or concerns. 4. Double confirm models, continue on materials, colors and grains options. 5. Approve details and demands (materials, colors and sizes, etc) by both. 6. Start production after payment received and drawings confirmed. 7. Update production processes to clients now and then. 8. Take photos for inspection and confirmation before shipping (onsite checking is available for clients in China). 9. Prepare delivery and shipping with balance payment. 10. Send documents (CI, PL, BL & CO, etc) for collecting goods by email or express.
